Meet Skye: Your Future Best Friend!
Hi, my name is Skye. I am an almost 2-year-old female, mid-size mix. I may be a bit shy when meeting new people, but once I get to know you, I am ALL IN! With a few belly rubs and some tasty treats, I warm up quickly and show my true, loving nature.
I currently live in a home with a fenced yard, which I enjoy because it gives me a bit of independence and comfort. However, I would be just as happy going out on a leash and taking short walks. I'm working on my leash training and making great progress.
My current home has older respectful children and I warmed up to them quickly, It might take me longer to get comfy around rambunctious little ones. I am also in a foster home with two other dogs one big, one small and love them both. It would be fun to have another dog to play with.
I am 100% potty trained! I'm also kennel trained and sleep through the night. My current family works from home, but we practice quiet kennel time during the day and I’m rocking it!
I've learned to sit, and I'm pretty good at “wait” but I would love more training. My favorite things to do are play with my friends, chewing on bones, and snuggling up to give kisses. I'm fun-loving and playful, but also snuggly and loving.
