Hi there! My name is Sam – or as my foster family affectionately calls me, “Sammy-Sampson”!
I’m a happy-go-lucky, smart, and oh-so-fluffy pup who’s always ready for fun, snuggles, and a little adventure. Whether I’m wrestling with my foster dog brother, romping around the yard, or soaking up cuddles, I’m living my best life!
My super-soft fur makes me the *ultimate* snuggle buddy, and my foster mom says I’m eager to please and quick to learn. I already know several cues like **sit, stay, break,** and **come** – and yep, I definitely know my name! While I enjoy a little independence, I love being close to my humans and would thrive in a family environment.
I’m great with other dogs but would do just fine as your one-and-only too. I’m friendly with everyone I meet, especially when my people are nearby to give me confidence. I enjoy fetch, chewing on sticks and bones, and just exploring the world around me.
At almost 5 months old, I already weigh about 35 lbs – so I’m on my way to being a big, lovable pup! I’m a rockstar in my kennel, sleep through the night, and have mastered house training like a pro. I’ve also got good manners – no furniture jumping or counter surfing here!
I still need a little work on leash walking, but with my strong recall skills and love of learning, I’ll get the hang of it in no time.
