Hi all-it's me Penelope!
I’m the perfect puppy and am looking for a home of my own! I’m sweet, social, and absolutely beautiful—with soft, fuzzy fur that’s just begging for belly rubs. I love meeting new people (all people!) and other dogs, and I’m always ready to play, explore, and soak up the love. Whether I’m romping in a fenced yard or strolling calmly on a leash, I’m happiest when I’m out discovering the world—especially if I get to stop and smell the roses along the way!
I’m working hard on all of the puppy things including basic commands, leash training, house and crate training. I crate pretty well, especially when there’s calming music playing, and I’m learning fast thanks to my great appetite and love of praise. I don’t bark much, I don’t chase squirrels, and I’m gentle and sweet with children. I haven’t met any cats yet, but I’m open to new experiences with the right guidance. I do get a little nervous around loud dryers and sometimes spooked by cars, but with love and patience, I’m gaining confidence every day.
I’d thrive in a home with another dog to learn from, but I’d also be perfectly happy as your one and only princess. I’m energetic, affectionate (I give the best kisses!), and ready to be the star of the show in puppy class!
