Hi, I’m Noelle – and I’m looking for my new retirement home!
I’ve spent time with my foster learning how to become brave, how to trust people, and how to really love getting pets. In my previous life as a breeder dog, I was never shown how great being an indoor family member can be – and you know what, I really am starting to love it!
I am still shy and take time to warm up to new situations and people. But I’m so polite about being shy and prefer to just lay quietly as I observe. My favorite spot ever is my dog bed with my favorite blanket. I’m a bit of a couch potato, and I spend most of my days on my dog bed – content with watching the action from a distance. I can go into a kennel, but my foster family is no longer using it for me because I have such good house manners. I don’t chew on anything I shouldn’t, and as long a I’m out for regular intervals, I do not have any accidents inside. I can easily hold it overnight and all work day.
Some of my new-found loves are walks and pets from people I’ve learned to trust! I get my little aussie bum going a million miles an hour when it’s time for a walk or when I’m ready for pets. It takes me a bit to get there with people, but once I do, I’m your gal!
I’m great with other animals and will need another dog in my home to help teach me who the trustworthy people are in my life. I would also prefer a fenced in yard. I spent most of my life in a kennel, and having the freedom of a yard is something I would love to enjoy in my forever home. Kids do make me a bit nervous, so to be in my ideal home, I would prefer older or no kids. I’ll be perfectly content to have grandkids or nephews/nieces come visit, though, as long as they have good doggie manners.
Are you looking for a sweeter-than-sweet golden gal to add to your family? I might be your perfect match!
Love and Wiggles,
Noelle
