Meet Melon

Melon (Mel for short), is best described as spunky and spontaneous, and is looking for her fur-ever companion(s). Melon loves humans of all ages, her best friend at her foster house are the young kids next door who go over to play with her every day. She does great with social cats, and loves dogs.  Mel would love a home with another dog she can learn from and

Mel is ready for the summer as her favorite place is being outside, playing in her puppy pool, and doing anything with the sprinkler/hose. Mel loves playing catch and chasing noise making toys. Mel is learning (and growing) each day, she has several established cues, is eager to learn commands, and is confidently on the road to potty training.  Mel will thrive with continued training and classes- she will be an A student for sure!

Melon loves to snuggle up for naps and cuddles but will also snore away in her crate throughout the day, as well as overnight.  She does wake up once a night to go potty, but the girl needs her beauty sleep (you cannot be this cute without it) so she is right back to bed after that with no complaints. Melon loves new people and behaves well on leash. Mel is excited to make memories and be a member of your family
