Barkley is a very chunky boy with a cheesy grin who’s in need of a weight loss journey. He is approximately six years old and is great boy. He loves playing fetch and going for long walks along the river. Barkley likes to cuddle, be petted and get attention. He can be nervous in new situations and with new people, but warms up quickly. Age: We know he’s about 6 years old but don’t know his exact date of birth.
Crate training: Barkley is comfortable with his crate and sleeps through the night with no problems.
House training: Barkley is well house trained and has not had an accident in the house. He is starting to walk well on a leash but doesn’t like them being put on. Barkley needs a harness for walks as he slips a collar quite easily.
Kids: Friendly with kids but because of his more timid temperament would be best with older children who are dog savvy and respectful.
Dog friendly: Barkley acts well with dogs both on and off leash
Cat friendly: not tested
Favorite activity’s: playing fetch, going for walks, snuggling on the couch
