I am Thelma and I’m all wiggles, snuggles and good manners! I am a little pocket petty My foster mom says that I have the kindest heart and soul and that I want to please. I will keep you smiling! I’m house trained, kennel trained, know my name and basic commands. I do terrific on the leash and love going for long walks! My favorite thing in the whole world is people. I’m good with other dogs though I would thrive as an only dog, ideally with a fenced yard for my once a day “track laps”. My tail and butt never stop wagging and wiggling! All I yearn for are scratches, snuggles and love. Can my forever home be with you?!
