Meet Tucker-
Tucker is a 4 month old terrier mix and weighs just 8 pounds! Tucker has quickly warmed up to our resident dogs and loves initiating play with them. Tucker is a little shy with humans and rely on others dogs for cues thus he needs another dog in the home.
He loves playing with a ball, squeaky toy, stuffed toy or gentle tug rope. He will drag toys bigger than him all around the room and place in his dog bed.
He sleeps quietly in his kennel at night and spends time in it during the day as well.
Tucker loves to be outside! He sniffs all the smells and watches the world with interest.
He is a curious puppy and enjoys sitting on the steps to look around the yard.
He is a good eater and learning to accept treats from humans.
He does not chew on items in the house and has a pretty chill temperament, but definitely likes to play.
He is mostly potty trained, but will have an occasional accident. He will go to bathroom every time outside when offered the opportunity.
Tucker has not been around children but he is not bitey so most likely would do well.
Tucker is still learning to walk on a leash and how to follow commands (like to go into his kennel, sit or come). It can be challenging to have him come back in the house from being outside, but patience and a training treat in the palm of your hand will build that trust.
Tucker is a sweet baby and is ready to keep blooming, learning and loving!
