Howdy, I’m Rusty!

I am a fun loving four-legged canine hoping to find my forever family. What would I like in my new home? Well thank you for asking, I would enjoy finding humans who will love me, take me on walks, throw a ball for me, and give me lots of positive reinforcement. I am a smart southern guy who likes to keep my mind sharp by  learning new tricks! The foster home I am in right now has two other furry friends that I play well with, but they also have a young human that I am quite smitten with. He is my favorite to give kisses to and follow around. I look to my foster mom and dad for validation that I’m being a good boy, I really like to make them happy! Most days I like to play with the other dogs in the home, followed by a nap in my cozy kennel so I can rest up for our afternoon walk/play time. Have you ever been in a kennel? I highly recommend. Mine is a very nice place to take a break so I don’t mind when I have to go in there for a while. Do you like hugs? I love to give them. Anyhoo, I better get back to playing now.
