Meet Reba – the most perfect pal!

Look at this sweetie!  Reba is social, easy going, friendly, playful, and affectionate.  Reba has playful bursts of puppy excitement and energy, and could use a little brush up on basic commands, but she’s mostly an old soul that just loves people and dogs. Reba’s perfect day is pretty simple – walk, nap, watch out the window (for hours), chew on a toy or play, and lots of snuggles and pets – even better if she can do all those things with a human or two. Reba is about 35 pounds and has the softest fur ever. Nobody has given her a pet without saying “she’s so soft!”  As you can probably guess by how wonderful she is, Reba is house trained.. no accidents for this lady and she’s good about knowing the difference between a shoe and a chew toy. Her crate isn’t her favorite place to be.. who can blame her after being dropped off at a shelter and living in a kennel while waiting for her family to come back? But she tolerates it and sleeps in her crate through the night – she’d probably be happier on a dog bed!  Reba lives with a 70 pound foster doggie foster brother and does great with him. She also met a cat and understood the cat was the boss (as she gains confidence, her curiosity with kitties might increase).  We know as Reba continues to feel even more confident and comfortable, her personality will grow and shine! We hope she’ll find a family that will love her along the way!
