Meet Minnie-
She’s much smaller than she appears in her photos, (think small beagle size.) At 7-8months old we don’t think she’s gonna get too much bigger either. Minnie is a big personality in a tiny package and quite honestly the chillest puppy that’s come through our foster home.
Minnie adores her foster parents and foster kids and her foster dog siblings. She’s crate trained, 90% potty trained, sits well, doing great with wait, she’s quiet, and loves relaxing on her bed while her foster Mom works from home.
She’s food motivated and enjoys a good bone or ball chase. Minnie loves romping with her foster dog sister who is a similar size, and enjoys snuggling with her much bigger foster dog brother.
This sweet girl needs some time to warm up to new people, dogs and situations but once she does, Minnie is the most lovable, happy, chill pup that will bring a lot of joy into the home that welcomes her into their fold. It is well worth the transition time!
I think she’d prefer a fenced yard as she’s still working on leash skills. Also, a family with kids 12+ that will respect her initial boundaries and shyness is best for Minnie.
Are you willing to take it slow to get to know Minnie? If yes, you could be the perfect match. Because she takes a few days to warm up, ask about how to foster-to-adopt this sweetheart.
Bully breeds and unaltered puppies can not be adopted out of the State of Minnesota.
