When life gives you a Lemon, you love her like crazy!

Lemon, or as her foster family calls her, “Lemmie” is a 1.5 (not exactly sure on her age) year old hound mix. Lemon has spent a lot of her life outside or in a kennel, so she’s still learning how to be a pet. The good news? She’s fully house and crate trained. She’s great on walks and doesn’t discriminate against any toys – balls, bones, squeaky, and stuffed – she loves it all! Lemmie  just needs a little extra attention to her training – she is quick-  she’s already picking up on a few commands.

Her ideal furever home would be free of felines and have at least one adult woman to help her feel more comfortable, as she’s still making progress in trusting men. She’s incredibly gentle with kids and would love to run around with another canine sibling who can show her the ropes.  This beautiful girl is fun, loving and ready to blossom!
