Meet Mr. Handsome, otherwise known as Desmond

Desmond is a 15 week old mix, with the best guess being terrier, lab and very likely a handful of other breeds.  Whatever his mix is, he is adorable.  Because we don’t know the breed mix, his size as an adult is unknown.

Here is the rundown on Desmond:

• Training – still working on potty training and crate training.  He will go potty when taken outside, but does not give cues that he needs to go out.  He is making great progress on crate training and has been quiet all night after a couple of minutes of crying.
• Desmond is friendly and social, and loves being held – but he’s also content sitting on the floor at your feet, and relaxes on a blanket next to his foster mom while she works
• He is food motivated and learns quickly, so training will be easy and fun
• Other dogs:  he enjoys the company of the dogs he is being fostered with, and likes to play with them and curl up next to them.  He takes social cues from them well, and is not afraid to tell them when he is done playing.
• He walks well on a leash and loves going for walks

Desmond is a sweet fun puppy who would fit in well with just about any family.  He would love a new forever home for the holidays!
