Meet Rugar-

Mr Social! Rugar was friendly and out going from the minute he came into rescue!  He is social, friendly, playful, curious, smart and affectionate.  Rugar enjoys meeting new people of all ages and genders and loves all dogs.  He currently LOVES romping and wrestling with his 80lb canine foster sister and then snuggling up with her! Rugar has learned so much in a short time.  He learned how to go up and down steps, that his kennel is a good place, to sit and lay down for a yummy  treat and that cats don’t want to rough house with him!  He is doing very well with potty training- he even rang the bell to go outside!  He loves all toys and chew bones and loves to give kisses! Rugar is the  sweetest boy with a very friendly disposition.  He has melted his foster heart and makes her smile all day long!  Don’t you need Rugar in your life!
