This silly, funny, loving, social guy is amazing.  Hugo is house trained, great on a leash, and loves his crate. He adores being told what a good boy he is! His booty gets extra wiggly and excited – it’s quite adorable. The only thing he likes more is meal times!

Hugo was a local stray, so we don’t know what he experienced before coming into rescue, but it’s left him a little shy when meeting new people, and a little skittish around sudden movements. It doesn’t take long for him to warm up and learn to trust you, and then he’ll be your furry best friend!

Like a typical bulldog, he’s not much of one for long walks, especially in the heat, but he does love to hang outside when the temperature is right, and likes to meet other dogs. He’s not shown much interest in toys or chewing on antlers or bones.  He’s much more interested in his humans.
