Meet Georgina!

This sweet mama found herself pregnant and without a home.  Luckily, rescue was able to take her in and help her deliver 13 puppies. Now that her days of being a mama are over, she is living her best life and ready to find her forever home!

Georgina is approximately 1 year old.  She is playful, happy, smart and very affectionate.  Belly rubs and finding a lap to rest on are a couple of her favorite things.  She LOVES bones and toys, especially squeaky ones.  Give her one and she entertains herself.

Georgina loves to explore the world on a walk.  She walks very well on a leash and enjoys checking out the neighborhood!  Like her foster brother, she will freeze for rabbits & squirrels.  She needs just a little nudge to be on her way.  She will also stop and look at the other dogs walking past but mostly leaves them alone- dogs on a leash are still a concept she is getting used to!

Georgina is completely house trained!  She is also crate trained.  Throw a treat in her crate and she willingly heads in it when her foster mom is at work or out of the house.  She usually spends the night on my bed with her foster brother.  I have not heard a peep from her at night. Georgina is still a young adult and is working on not mouthing.

She is interested in her foster feline.  However, her feline sister stays away from her and just observes Georgina from the top of her tree.
