It’s impossible to look at this guy and not smile:  This adorable low rider is Chief, or Chief McBeef, as his foster family calls him.  We don’t know Chief’s exact breed mix, but he has a big bully head and feet like a Basset hound- whatever he is, he is 100% adorable.

Here’s some information about Chief:

• 1 year old, 40 lbs, neutered
• Crate and house trained
• Loves walks, but needs some leash training
• Loves other dogs, but might annoy older less playful dogs
• Cats – unknown
• Kids – unknown, but he is gentle and is not mouthy, so would probably be fine
• Loves his people, but is not clingy.  He is happy sitting on the floor at your feet even when the other dogs are on the furniture
• If you’ve been out of the room for a few minutes, he does a happy spin when he sees you again
