Bonnie

Spaniel & Terrier Mix

female · 1.5 Years · medium-large

Hi, my name is Bonnie.

I am a 6-month-old female, terrier mix. I have great brown and white coloring
and my parents think my eyes are one of my best features (you’ll have to check them out in person!!)
I am a bit of a goofball that is funny, energetic, loving, smart and very sweet. I am keeping busy working
on my training and my manners. Speaking of training, my fosters are great at getting me outside to do
my business based on my queues, so I think I am just doing smashing on potty training. I am working on
basic commands like sit and stay and I would love more training as I am very smart. I enjoy taking walks
and working hard, 3 to 4 walks a day, on my leash training. I am good at not pulling and chasing the little
critters. My fosters also appreciate that I keep my barking to a minimum and they usually only hear me
speak when I am protecting them in our home. I do not bark on walks or with other dogs. In fact, I don’t
like it when they bark either. Awe, other dogs, yes, I love, love them. Romping around with the other
family pups that have visited me is so much fun. I wouldn’t mind a sibling in my furever home but would
be just fine spending time with my humans. AND I like all humans, big and little.
I do favor a fenced yard because I LOVE to run and play but doggie play dates and doggie parks would be
fun too! After playing, I am in for a good nap in my kennel or just curled up on the doggie bed. As for my
kennel, another thing I love! My kennel is my comfy place where I like to take my treats, eat meals, and
get a good night’s sleep. I do not mind being in my kennel during the day, and I do sleep through the
night in it. I think my fosters love me for that.
I enjoy chew toys, stuffed animals & bones to keep me busy. If you will play, train, walk and love me, I am
the girl for you! I am smart, friendly, loving and I know I will be an awesome addition to a loving family.
Could that be you?
XOXOXO,
Bonnie
