Meet Anabella!

Are you looking for a lovable companion who brings you joy everyday?!  Anabella will greet you enthusiastically with a tail wag (actually whole bum) and kisses!!  Anabella  is a bully mix, 1.5 years old, and about 40 pounds.  She is just the right size to play or snuggle – your pick!  Anabella was a stray and came to us very scared and anxious but has blossomed into a joyful, confident pup in just a couple of weeks.  She escaped a shelter death and landed in the terrible polar vortex and has built up her capacity for freezing weather.   Anabella is happy playing with you, another dog or chilling out on her dog bed or in her crate with a good bone.   She is almost house-trained (warm weather will help!), and is quiet, good with other dogs and people (maybe cats – she met ours and was very excited but not aggressive), sleeps happily in a crate, and handles changes well when she feels secure. She may be a little nervous with a transition to a new home, but will get comfortable quickly with love, structure and attention.  She loves to play with squeaky toys and then “kill” the squeaker and rip the stuffing out!!   Anabella is learning commands to “sit” and is easily trained with treats.  Anabella is an excellent leash walker – no pulling, and lots of interest in everything in her environment   She loves car rides and is a good errand helper.  Anabella  is a great friend, and her heart of gold and will bring so much joy to your family.
