If you have recently adopted from SLS and are a first time pet owner- or if you just gained an SLS dog as a new member of your happy pack, we would love an update! We are always curious about how our dogs are doing in their new homes or what each puppy looks like now.
If you would like to keep us in the loop and show off your dog, we encourage you to fill out the Pupdate form and send us a picture! Your dog could be featured in our newsletter!
In an effort to help all of our adopters be successful with their new dogs, SLS has pulled together a number of resources to help with the transition and training of new dogs as well as the interactions between current dogs and family members. Adding a new family member to your home is an exciting time for everyone involved and often a new learning experience. If you have questions or issues with your new dog or puppy, check out the links below for tips and advice.
If you can’t find what you are looking for, please feel free to reach out to us at slsinfo@spotslaststop.org and we will do our best to help.
