Meet Marty-

If you’ve been hoping to adopt THE perfect dog, we’ve got him!  Marty is a ~2-year old dachshund / beagle mix and at ~21 pounds, his sleek black and chestnut brown fur is very soft.  His big brown eyes will melt your heart.  He is incredibly loyal, attentive and affectionate.  He gets along with our resident dogs and enjoys snuggling and playing.  He’s potty-trained and walks well on a leash.  He’s well-behaved and has no behavioral issues.  Marty caught on quickly to our family routines and is a fun-loving part of our household, however he can definitely be shy at first.  He warms up with some space, treats and time.  He loves to cuddle, give kisses and sleeps well through the night.  Our kids are begging us to adopt him, as he’s a terrific, sweet boy.  Believe me, we’re very very tempted to “foster fail” and keep him; but we’ve decided we want to keep fostering great dogs!
